Behavioral Concerns

1. Firstly, Cherry Blossom Blogshop do not welcome rude customers who try to tarnish our reputation or provide a free service of spamming. Sorry, this is not the place for venting your annoyance, and such behavior will not be tolerated.

1. Similarly, customers who back out after submission of an order will lead to being blacklisted on this site. Should the customer want to rectify this and continue shopping, a fee of S$4 would be required.

1. With regards to postal service, we will not hold responsibility for lost products.

1. This applies to damage of products on normal postage.

1. Payment should be made before orders arrive.

1. We do not hold liability over payment lost through normal postage.

1. Products are ensured to be in their best condition before being posted. However, this does not guarantee that the product will not be damaged or lost in the mail. Customers who are impatient or need to purchase an item on short notice are advised not to purchase, as items take time to be shipped and arrive.

1. Pictures provided on this site are as closely matched as possible to the actual items, but we do not guarantee the lack of change in quality.

1. We are not liable if the supplier provides us with the wrong orders.

1. We do not hold responsibility for lost mail orders.

1. We reserve the rights to change the Terms and Conditions without notice, so it is advised for your perusal before purchase.
